Well its been a fun packed week involving lots of food and drink (as it was my 24th birthday) and now I need to get back on the Slimming World wagon for a couple of weeks. Ive bought a SW magazine for the first time ever (i joined in 2010 and became a target member within 6 months after loosing almost 2 stone). I hope to loose 5lbs in 2 weeks and Im going to tryy my best to stick at it, although it becomes really hard when youve not much too loose. Pictured is a risotto recipe found in the magazine which was nice. Probably would use less safron next time as its ricodulously expensive. Im hoping by posting about it I will become motivated and thus more likely to stick at it.
