Definitely buy the bouillon stock or power as its good for other things like soups. Obviously its not going to beat going to the chinese but its virtually syn free and vegetarian.
Vege Chicken and Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
1 Bag of frozen Quorn Chicken Pieces
Frozen vegetables (I choose microwavable packet ones as its easier)
3 Free Range Eggs
1 Large microwavable long grain rice pack
Soya Sauce (I prefer light)
Bouillon Vegetable Power
(Additional seasoning's if desired)
Method:
Fry the chicken pieces in a large hot wok and add seasoning as you go. Whilst cooking microwave your rice and vegetable packets. (usually a few minutes each) Add the cooked rice and stir fry until there's lots of colour and almost begins to smoke.Next crack the eggs in the pan and whisk around until everything is coated. Lastly add the vegetables (I particularly like brocoli and peas.
